Shop Manager/Lead Mechanic

REDMOND, WA - Eastside Ski and Sport is seeking a full time Shop Manager and Lead Bike Mechanic for our Redmond location. The person we seek has many years of bicycle maintenance and shop experience, has experience leading, training, or managing others and is good with people. This person will have experience with a diverse range of customers and bicycles, be self motivated, possess a positive attitude, and have excellent attention to detail. Winter service experience is highly desirable but is not required. Compensation will depend on experience but we strive to pay at the top end of the industry to attract and retain quality employees.
