HAINES, AK - Shop Manager - You need to be 23 years or older and have previous shop management or senior mechanic experience. Duties include retail, inventory, bikes, ground, and all tour equipment. You will also be involved with daily tour operations, some bike guiding, etc. An excellent work ethic, honesty, flexibility, management skills to be self motivated are required. You must be committed to staying the full season, March 30th - September 30th. The position is in Haines, Alaska. This is an hourly position starting with a 30-day training and evaluation period. Upon successful completion of your contract you will be eligible for a performance bonus.
